Join like-minded friends of our community as we learn the art of meditation, practice mindfulness together and explore creative opportunities to nurture our true selves with other women in an effort to foster personal growth, self-expression , connection and community.

Absolutely no previous experience is necessary to enjoy the benefits of this circle.

This is a donation-based class sponsored by Kismet Kinders and dedicated to the study and practice of a variety of mindfulness and heart opening practices to people of all religious backgrounds. These practices are secular and researched based and available to the beginner or well seasoned practitioner. Our goal is to help you develop and sustain your own personal practice. We welcome our members to offer their own unique experiences and talents to share with us!

As mothers, self- care is one of the best things we can offer ourselves and families, so please come join us !
